If the 30 days added to the contract expire and the worker does not arrive, the contract is considered void and a 20% fine is imposed on the contract. The office will collect the contract value and return the contract amount

    After 6-30 days, a 5% fine will be imposed on the party before whom the cancellation was made, whether by the client or the recruitment office.
    After 31-90 days, 10% is due to the party before whom the cancellation was made, whether from the client or the recruitment office.
    After 91-120 days have passed, the cancellation is made only by the client, and a 15% fine is imposed on the recruitment office.
